General Information

In our finance culture of South African 45s, we pride ourselves to provide convenient payment methods for our winning players. Winners can claim any amount less than R500 in cash at our cashier terminals, any amounts above R500 will only be claimed using our available EFT Payment methods.

To claim using EFT, the cashier will assist and validate your ticket. The following documents will be required:

  1. Copy of your South African ID document or Card. (Present original ID on claiming process. A player must be aged 18 or over.)

  2. Valid Winning Ticket. (Not older than 12 Months.)

  3. Copy of your Banking Card (The name of the card holder must match with the applicant ID full names.)

  4. Fill our claiming e-Form with the help of the cashier.


Cash Payments

Cash payments requires only your valid winning ticket (Not older than 12 Months) with payouts less than R500. If the cashier doesn't have enough cash at the Terminal to process your cash payout, please note that the cashier might consider EFT payment if the amount is above R200 or you will be requested to come back later. This process shall not exceed 30 Minutes, no later than 2 hours depending on the method used.


EFT Payments

EFT Payments are only available to winnings above R500 or over. With strict measures mentioned on the general information to validate such payment method, personal documents will be requested by the cashier to make sure we pay to the owner of the ticket or the person responsible for the ticket at the time of claiming. All South African banks are accepted. Our finance department utilizes high speed methodologies to make payments as quick as possible.

For example: If a claim is from Capitec Bank, we use Capitec Bank to process the payment, if Capitec Bank payment processor is not available, a bank transfer will be made from a different bank which they can delay the process for the money to reflect on the winner's bank account.

Winners are open to choose their EFT payment method of their choice for claims above R500 to a Maximum of R10,000,000. The following FET methods are supported at South African 45s (Pty).Ltd

  1. Capitec Cash Send - (Maximum of R5,000)

  2. FNB eWallet - (Maximum of R5,000)

  3. TymeBank Send Money - (Maximum of R5,000)

  4. Bank Transfer - (Maximum of R10,000,000)
